MY FOOD TRUCK ADVENTURE

The days of fast food are gone. Getting a whole variety of food choices for lunch has made leaving the corporate cubicle so glorious that you have to count down the minutes to your hour of a sweet, sweet bliss! It’s more then the average cafeteria food or left over dinner from the night before that you brought in. The Mandoline Gill food truck is the begining of My Food Truck Adventure. Being Vietnamese, and a long way from home, I can have a vietnamese sandwich and feel like I am in my mom’s kitchen. The Ba’nh Mi (french baguette,Grilled beef, cucumber slices , pickled carrot & dailkon, cilantro, jalapenos, Sriracha aioli) grilled pork taco (Vietnamese grilled pork, cucumber slices, pickled carrot & dailkon, cilantro and Sriracha ailoli in a corn tortilla) and soy bean milk drink, can make your lunch the talking point of your day.
